Summary of Position:

You will be responsible for ongoing ownership of program financials between Award and SOP; serving as the finance business partner for Program Managers. Ensuring the data reliability and contribute to optimize the profitability and cash flow generation of the programs. Publishing quarterly suite of reports to provide a comprehensive view of the financial health of select Programs and the potential risks or opportunities for AGC. Tracking all spending of the program from award into production. Ensuring budgeted totals for spending on tooling, capital equipment, engineering support, and program team support are not exceeded without authorization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 5 years plant or program controlling or cost estimating in industrial environment experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain exacting attention to detail and follow up on inconclusive data
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and autonomy
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and resist to stakeholder pressure
