Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining the business relationship with OEM customers.

Required Experience/ Academic Background:

Education: Engineering/Bachelor
Experience: 2 years in a similar position within the automotive industry as Tier 1

Abilities/Aptitudes:

Personnel management, knowledge of ISO, FMEA, VDA, PPAP, knowledge of continuous improvement, costs, finances

Basic position knowledge:

Use of PC, minimum office package.
Management of personnel and/or operational groups
Productivity management, scrap, continuous improvement
General knowledge of cost accounting for costing
Experience in the processing industry
IATF 16949
SPC, FMEA, VDA, PAPP, etc.
New product launches

Specialized knowledge:

SOS/ASI
Handling of hazardous materials
Safety, Hygiene and Environment Standards
Safety rules
Institutional Issues of Human Resources

Coordinate the launch of new models for their clients
