AGC | Production Lead – 2nd Shift, Alabaster, AL
Job Summary
Responsible for delegating tasks of Team Members to meet production operation KPIs. Working towards the next level. Hiring for 2nd shift!
Principle Responsibilities
- Know and understand all production requirements.
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels in the organization.
- Respond to abnormalities, manage process quality.
- Communicate with previous shifts and cross functional teams as needed.
- Know and understand all work instructions for process.
- Develop and track countermeasures for unnecessary DT, Quality, KPI Targets and Safety
- Troubleshooting
- Ensure adequate training for Team Members
- Ensure Job Procedures are up to date.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Leadership experience.
- Experience in problem solving discipline.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good understanding of robotics and automation equipment preferred.

Authority Level
