AGC Glass Company North America, located in Bellefontaine, Ohio, fabricates high-quality automotive safety glass for automobile manufacturers located in the United States and abroad. AGC Glass Company North America have openings for TEAM LEADER in the AVO Department on B and C Teams. The ideal candidate will lead the daily activity of the processes and the Associates involved. These positions will report to the Shift Production Coordinator.

B-Team hours – 3p-11p
C-Team hours – 11p-7a

Summary of Position:

The candidates will be able to operate an injection molding machine (training will be provided.) The candidates will also be flexible to work any hours and/or shifts with minimal notice. This position has a required start time of 12 minutes prior to the normal shift start time. This position will report to the shift Coordinator but will also work very closely with Production Staff. The candidates must have good mechanical aptitude and have good trouble shooting abilities. They must understand quality and production standards and must be able and willing to train Associates effectively and communicate effectively with all levels of production. Other duties include providing relief online, daily paperwork, any SAP activity, and ensuring line has proper supplies. This position will require overtime for line operation, communication meetings and training. The candidates must be motivated with the desire to help improve AGC Glass Company, North America and will be required to enter any new programs developed for Team Leader advancement.

Top pay is $21.25 plus $1.00 shift differential.

Experience with injection molding preferred, not required.
