AGC Glass Company North America, located in Bellefontaine, Ohio, fabricates high-quality automotive safety glass for automobile manufacturers located in the United States and abroad. Headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, with offices in Farmington Hills, MI, AGC Glass Company North America supplies high-quality products to the automotive, construction, and specialty glass markets.

AGC Glass Company North America has an opening for C and B -Team Production Staff Associate for the AVO Department. The ideal candidate will be able to read and understand quality and production standards, have a good mechanical aptitude, and have a well-rounded knowledge of injection molding, department processes including molding, tool changes, secondary equipment set-up, maintaining tools during their shift and working with general process problem issues. The candidate will also be flexible to work any hours and/or shifts with minimal notice. The selected candidate will report directly to the Shift Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting process concerns, trial production and training. All responsibilities will involve a direct working relationship with both Team Leaders and Associates. The candidate must be motivated with the desire to help improve AGC Glass Company North America and will be required to enter any new programs developed for Production Staff Advancement.

B-Team hours – 3p-11p
C-Team hours – 11p-7a

Top pay is $21.25 plus $1.00 shift differential.

Experience with injection molding preferred, not required.
