Summary of Position:
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Acquisition Process within AGC for all customers. Ensuring that timing is set in line with customer expectations. Operating as a liaison between functions to guarantee alignment on key assumptions and definitions within each Acquisition. Serving as the single authority for assumptions to be made in the Acquisition and communicate such to all functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Concentration in Program Management, Finance, or Engineering preferred.
- Prior direct management experience preferred.
- Prior experience managing non-direct reports ideal.
- Ability to extract deliverables from a polyvalent team with no direct reporting relationship
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of industry norms and specific customer policies with regards to sourcing
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
