Location of Position: Alabaster, AL (on-site)

Summary of Position:

The Production Lead is responsible for delegating tasks of Team Members to meet production operation KPIs. Working towards the next level.

Pay Range: $23-$25/hour plus $0.50 shift differential for 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Know and understand all production requirements.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels in the organization.
  • Respond to abnormalities, manage process quality.
  • Communicate with previous shifts and cross functional teams as needed.
  • Know and understand all work instructions for process.
  • Develop and track countermeasures for unnecessary DT, Quality, KPI Targets and Safety
  • Troubleshooting
  • Ensure adequate training for Team Members
  • Ensure Job Procedures are up to date.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience in problem solving discipline.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good understanding of robotics and automation equipment preferred.
  • Continuous Improvement participation.

  • Participate in counseling.
