AGC Automotive with over 100 years of history in glass solutions is currently accepting resumes for a Production Supervisor at their Richmond, KY plant.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for driving the process of continuous improvement and positive associate relations.

Qualifications:

B.S. degree with 3+ years’ experience in supervision (preferred)
Maintain positive relationships with subordinates through consistent and thorough communication. Develop a high-performance work team where production staff’s input is sought for problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist production staff to succeed through performance management. Provide coaching and performance feedback to support development.
Utilize on-the-job training curriculum to develop production staff to perform their jobs safely and accurately to maintain customer satisfaction and our Quality Management Systems.
Support production staff in understanding and abiding by company policies and procedures.
Able to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights). 4 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. -4 a.m. 4 days worked with 4 days off.
Able to work weekends and holidays (associated with a continuous process employer)
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and develop positive associate relations.
