Summary of Position:

Responsible for providing the truck schedule and pick lists to the Supply Chain department. Fill in for Team lead when needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with team leads and production associates on truck schedule and pick lists
  • Prepares Pick lists and provides to the shipping team
  • Prepares truck schedule and updates accordingly
  • Attend meetings and support Supply Chain team
  • Tracks delivery of trucks and timing to customer locations
  • Work with 3PL to schedule needed transportation and ensure accurate scheduled transportation coverage
  • Maintains shipment results records and KPls
  • Maintains records for process standards
  • Leads training of Team leads on shipping procedures and processes
  • Other duties or projects as assigned
