Summary of Position:

In this role, the individual will manage the development and implementation of analytical solutions that support decision making, improve efficiency and identify improvement opportunities. The Analyst will demonstrate high levels of initiative, technical ability, and business acumen in collaborating with Supply Chain team members to improve processes and drive results. The Analyst is effective in manipulating large data sets from multiple sources to create exception-based decision support systems that enable the Supply Chain team to be more effective and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts based on the analysis of data.
  • Lead MMOG / LE compliance documentation for all sections of MMOG / LE document.
  • AGC North America Audit VDA audit champion
  • Lead process development and improvement for AGC North America Supply Chain.
  • Develop continuous improvement processes to identify bottlenecks and manage them through the AGC North America Supply Chain
  • Collects, compiles, analyzes, and presents various types of data.
  • Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.
  • Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
  • Tracks materials financial performance and initiates corrective actions when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • APICS/CPIM certification (American Production and Inventory Control Society – Certified Production & Inventory Management)
  • 3 + years of Experience in Supply Chain or related field.
  • Experience with import/export and tariff management
  • Experience working with an MRP/ERP system preferably related to SAP
  • Experience in problem-solving and resolution
  • Experience in conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to maintain plant relationships with operations, customers, suppliers, and vendors 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • High degree of commitment and initiative
  • Moderate to strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Networks effectively across all business stakeholders and sister plants within those businesses to share key learnings and capitalize on best practices
  • Willingness to travel as needed; typically, 25-50% of the time
