AGC Glass Company North America has an opening for a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR in the Tempering Department on C-Team. The ideal candidate must be able to make solid decisions regarding issues related to safety, quality, yield, productivity, and cost. Three (3) years or more of supervisory and/or leadership experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Lead team to accomplish all plant and department goals while promoting a safe work environment.
Effectively communicate both written and verbal with all levels of AGCNA
Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and job changes
Effectively listen to Associates and work towards resolving concerns
Overtime for department meetings and weekend scheduled production.
Ensure acceptable associate performance through appraisal, training, coaching, and counseling.
Assist with Problem Solving activities.
Follow and adhere to company policy.

It is essential for the chosen candidate to positively motivate and lead Associates working together to promote a win-win environment for the success of AGC Glass Company North America and the Associates.
